This is a great dental office and I highly recommend Dr. Malette. She is an excellent dentist and is particularly outstanding in the level of care she provides. On top of all the regular dental check-ups, fillings, etc, I have also had two major gum allografts done by Dr. Malette. She took the time to explain the procedure beforehand and also emphasized what I needed to do post-op to get the best results. She also made herself available afterwards for any follow-up questions or concerns I had. She is an excellent surgeon and I had really good results. Recently, I had botox injections to reduce facial pain and headaches from night grinding. Once again, she took the time to explain all the pros and cons and really listened to my symptoms to ensure that she was targeting the right spots to address my pain. I am once again enjoying excellent results.
Besides Dr. Malette, the rest of the office is also filled with people who are excellent at their jobs and who always make you feel welcome and well cared for, almost like an extended family. My two kids have always gone to this office and have never complained about having to go the dentist because they have always been so well cared for. I also really appreciate that appointments are on time and that Joyce is always so efficient with booking and with submitting claim forms.
