What a wonderful team. From the reception and warm welcome at the front desk, to the hygienists professional and friendly demeanor. They are also bilingual, which is important to me. Dr. Malette is an expert in her field. She is easy to talk to, professional, trustworthy, efficient and makes recommendations that are required and reasonable. I didn't feel like she was there to make money and recommend things that wouldn't really be required for me. The office is gorgeous. It has a modern, fresh and welcoming design. The Accessibility features are top notch. You can see that they take their clients' safety, security and comfort to heart. Lots of parking and and easy to get to. They also take Covid restrictions seriously and this is very important. I felt comfortable at all times. I brought my 5 year old daughter a few weeks ago and she was timid and fearful, but the hygienist was kind, gentle and comforting. So happy to have become a patient of theirs. Gen Lacroix

I have been a patient at the Blackburn Dental Centre for several years. The staff starting with Joyce at reception, the dental hygienists and Dr. Malette are very professional, proficient and their delivery of services is above and beyond 5 stars. I am always impressed with their personal care, promptness, conscientiousness, and attentiveness. Their education regarding oral health is most appreciated and helpful. The new office is warm, welcoming and impeccably designed. I highly recommend the Blackburn Dental Centre in Blackburn Hamlet, Ontario.

I am really impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Friendly and most importantly I cannot recall over the many years I have been a patient that I had to wait to be seen. Great job. The new premises is relaxing and calming.
